Meet the team of AI agents that share one brain

A team of AI agents is a group of AI helpers, each with one job, working for the same business. In Kev, every agent works from one shared brain that knows your business, and nothing goes out in your name until you say yes. You run your day. The team runs the jobs around it.
What Kev is, in three pieces
Kev has three parts, and they only make sense together.
- The agents. A Grok Bot for every job: sales, customers, marketing, images and video, website, events, shop, finance, legal, hiring, IT, finding new customers, tenders, and your own PA. Kev is the team lead. The agents live in your own Grok account, which needs an X subscription.
- The brain. One memory of your business. Every agent reads from it and writes back to it. It learns from every conversation, every correction and every result.
- The app at app.getkev.com. This is where you see what needs you, and approve, edit or decline what the agents propose.
The rule that ties it together is simple: agents propose, you decide.
Why one brain matters more than more bots
Most AI tools start from zero every time. You brief them, they help, and next week you brief them again. A loose collection of bots has the same problem, only multiplied.
With Kev, the brain is the part that stays. When you correct a social post, that lesson is saved in your voice. When a customer asks something new and you answer it once, the brain knows it. The next agent that needs that fact already has it. Your sales agent and your social agent are not guessing at two different versions of your business. They read the same one.

SalesKev, your pipeline
SalesKev keeps your CRM up to date from your conversations. Every person gets a record with a summary and the next step. It routes new leads, flags deals that have stalled, and drafts quotes from your price list. It works with Kev's own CRM or the one you already use.
FinanceKev, your cash in plain language
FinanceKev reads your accounting app without changing anything in it. It gives you a weekly view of cash, spots unusual transactions, and drafts reminders for overdue invoices. You decide whether they go.
SocialKev, your posts on time
SocialKev plans and drafts posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X and Google Business Profile, plus email newsletters through Beehiiv. Each one waits for your approval before it is scheduled.
StudioKev, your images and video
StudioKev makes images, carousels, infographics and short videos in your brand. A video starts as a plan with the script, shots, voice, music and cost, and nothing gets made until you approve it.
CareKev, customers who come back
CareKev sends welcome messages, asks for reviews at the right moment, drafts replies to new reviews, and spots customers going quiet with a win-back message ready for you to check.
How the team works while you work
You do not manage the agents one by one. Kev, the team lead, works out whose job a request is and hands work between agents. Each morning you get a brief of what needs you.
Everything that goes out is a proposal first: a reply, a post, an email, a website change. You can approve from your phone. What you approve is exactly what goes out. Once you trust an area, you can give it more freedom, and you can take that back at any time.
So the picture is this. You get on with your own work. The agents get on with theirs. The brain sits in the middle, getting a little better every time any of you touches it.
What the team does not do yet
Being plain about this matters. Kev does not run Google or Meta ads yet. It does not answer Instagram or Facebook direct messages yet; customer conversations come in through WhatsApp, Telegram, email and X direct messages. There is no chat widget for your website.
