Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Kev, operated by ChangeMastr FZ-LLC, United Arab Emirates ("ChangeMastr", "we"). By using Kev, you agree to these terms.
The service
Kev is one brain for a business's marketing and its customers: an AI system that manages its marketing relationships, including customer conversations across connected channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, email), contact and lead management, marketing content creation and scheduling, appointment booking, and marketing analytics. AI-generated outbound messages are reviewed by the business owner before sending, unless the owner has explicitly enabled direct sending for a channel.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and to send communications to the recipients you contact through Kev.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive communications.
- No spam or messaging without a lawful basis or recipient consent as required by applicable law and the connected channel's rules (e.g. WhatsApp Business, Telegram, email).
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party channel or service you connect (Meta, Google, Stripe, etc.).
AI-generated content
Kev generates draft messages and marketing content. By default, outbound messages are queued for your review before sending. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is sent, and for the content that is ultimately sent from your account, including where you have enabled direct sending for a channel.
Subscription and billing
Kev is offered as a monthly subscription on tiered plans. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
The free trial lasts 7 days and needs no card. When it ends, everything Kev learned is kept and you may subscribe to continue. Founding-member pricing, where offered, is honoured for as long as the subscription remains continuously active; a cancelled founding subscription gives up its place and a returning customer pays the price current at that time.
Usage, credits and top-ups
Your subscription includes Kev itself and an allowance of everyday use of the services that carry a per-use cost to us, such as WhatsApp conversation fees set by Meta, AI usage, research and data lookups, and voice transcription. The size of that allowance is set by ChangeMastr and may change; we will not reduce it during a billing period you have already paid for. Usage beyond the allowance is charged against prepaid credits you buy in advance, at the cost we incur plus a margin, itemised on your Billing page. Credits are purchased in amounts at or above the minimum shown on the Billing page. If you enable auto top-up, we charge your card on file for the amount you set whenever your balance falls below the threshold you set. When your allowance and your balance are both used up, the affected feature pauses until you top up; nothing is charged beyond what you have authorised. Prepaid credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Data
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, including the current list of sub-processors. Deletion is described in Data Deletion.
Service availability
We aim to keep Kev available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Kev itself answers at all hours. Human support from the ChangeMastr team is available 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4). Requests raised outside those hours are picked up on the next working day.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChangeMastr FZ-LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that pose a risk to the service or to other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
